NFL Reviewing Controversial Hit on Travis Kelce After Bills Clash

The Chiefs visited Buffalo in Week 9 for a big AFC rematch.

KC played without Isiah Pacheco and Josh Simmons.

Mahomes targeted Kelce for a TD before halftime.

As Kelce jumped for the ball, Bills safety Cole Bishop drilled him in the chest mid-air.

No flag was thrown, even though Kelce looked like a defenseless player on the hit.

Kelce left the field after the collision but returned in the second half.

The Chiefs settled for a field goal on that drive, trimming Buffalo’s lead.

The NFL now must decide if Bishop will be fined, with first-offense penalties around $17K.

With a bye coming, KC awaits the league’s decision.
